  5.   The user is licensed to operate Smart R8 Control free of charge, for the
  6.   purposes of inspection, for a period of sixty (60) days.  After the 60 day
  7.   period expires, the user is expected to pay the nominal registration charge
  8.   of twenty-five United States dollars (US$25).

  10.   This and all of the other files contained in the distribution file SM-
  11.   CON141.ZIP are provided such that:
  12.        - It is used and disseminated in an unmodified form.
  13.        - No fee be charged by any agent other than FineWare (Mark J. Fine).

  15.   Support of this shareware product ensures its continued development and
  16.   dissemination.  As a bonus for registering Smart R8 Control, the user will
  17.   receive future updates to the software, free of charge.  As an extra added
  18.   bonus, the registering party will receive free companion utilities that
  19.   will allow the user to maintain the shortwave frequency database provided.

  22.   return it with a check or money order in the appropriate amount.
